We have taken the greatest possible care to obtain images and video clips with the appropriate rights. If you believe that images or video clips are being used for which the appropriate rights have not been obtained, please notify us by sending an email to info@hpc-hydraulics.com  We will then come to a suitable agreement or we will immediately delete the image(s) and/or video clip(s) for which there is proof that appropriate rights have not been obtained.

Duration of processing

You acknowledge that certain services cannot be made available to you by HPC-Hydraulics should you not consent to the sharing of personal data or request the restriction or deletion of personal data.

Moreover, you retain the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes (newsletters); you do not need to provide a reason in such cases.
